Most of our products are made to order, and although we are often able to dispatch orders within 48hrs of payment being received, some orders can take up to 14days due to work load. If we suspect your order is likely to take a while to get ready we will inform your immediately and let you decided how you want to proceed (ie order dispatched in stages, etc)

If you are placing a large order for full birth to potty kits and need these for an impending delivery please let us know as soon as possible, as these orders do take a while to make and we don't want you to be with out nappies. Birth to Potty packs and wholesale orders take between 2 and 3 weeks to make.

Delivery Charges

Where possibly we use Royal Mail for smaller orders and couriers for larger order. We also allow you to choose the postage method that best suits you (should you need your order by a specific day).

Prices quoted do not include VAT, that we have to charged on all vat able items (i.e. baby wipes, nappy keyrings).  Vat price and receipt will be emailed to you once you have ordered, any questions please ask.
