First Time Shop Users Advise
At Happy Nappy Days we have an informative website with links to our wahmall shopping system where orders can be placed. The reason for the two sites is that we want to support the wahmall shopping system that was set up to promote the high quality work done by parents working from home (wahmall - Work At Home Mall). We may eventually move away from this system but for now it is working well and helping support a good community of wahmall workers.
If this is your first visit to the Happy Nappy Days website and you are new to the idea of cloth nappies we strongly advise you to look through the website first and also ask for advise as to what nappies would best suit your baby before buying. It is very tempting on an ecommerce website to order everything with out checking first that what you are ordering will really suit your baby.
We want you to be happy with the items that you purchase which is why we therefore recommend that you spend a little bit of time looking though the website first to see what we have and then once you know what you are interested in.
How to Order – online
1) Once you know what items you need then visit the relevant category in our shop (ie Accesories)
2) Some category are split based on size, which allows you to narrow down your search of products to the item your actually looking for
(ie, category – small apa naps, category – medium apa naps, catergory - large apa naps)
3) By clicking on a category you will be brought to a list of the products you were looking for. At this stage you can order the product by selecting its description, size, and quantity in the drop down boxes.
4) If you need more information on a product before ordering there is a description, though you can always referre back to our main site or call for advise.
5) Products can be ordered by selecting your specifications in the drop down bar and then clicking the “ADD” button to save your selection into your shopping basket.
6) When you have added all the products you want to your shopping basket (which is on the right hand side of the shopping screen), you can then check it is correct by clicking on the “VIEW BASKET” button on your shopping cart. This area lets you edit your order.
7) When you are happy with your order click the “CHECKOUT” button to move onto our checkout system. Just follow the orders on screen through each stage. If you have any further specifications for your order (like specific delivery date etc) then please put then in the space provided after your shipping details are added.

How to Order – Phone
You can always phone through your order to mobile 07896338346, we can always call you back. If we are not available to take your call at the time you ring please leave your contact number and a suitable time to call and we will call you back at that time. Telephone orders can be paid for via credit card or cheque.
How to Order- Mail
Send your order request along with your payment via either Cheque or Postal Order. I am afraid that we cannot accept payment via concealed cash for security reasons. We can send you out one of our order forms if you do already have one alternatively you can download this from our website

How to Order - In Person
If you are in North Devon it may be possible to make arrangements to bring the nappies for you to see. Alternatively you can come and visit us at any of the trade, health and harmony and baby shows we attend. A list of events we are attending can be found on our website at
