What if I need to return my order? - Return procedure:-1) Please email returns@happynappydays.co.uk with details of the item you wish to return along with your initial order number (see invoice) along with details as to why you want to return the item. 2) We will get back to you within 24hrs to confirm your return item details and issue you with a returns code.We will also offer you with advise if the problem you are having seems to be related to not understanding the product. 3) Please send back the item along with details of your address, returns code, details required for payment return via cheque, or details of replacement product required. 4) We will confirm arrival of returned product and will dispatch refund or replacement within 48 hours. 5) Please note we will not accept unauthorised returned items. If we are not aware something is being returned we cannot ensure that we are waiting for it. If it gets lost along the way we are not responsible.

Terms and Conditions of ReturnFaulty Items - return On rare occasional a faulty item may inevitably be dispatched by mistake. We are more then happy to take back damaged or faulty goods and will refund your money including the postage cost you incur. It is your responsibility to get the goods back to use, and with this in mind we recommend you get a “certificate of posting” which is free from the post office and allows you to claim compensation from Royal Mail in case the goods do not reach us. Unwanted Items - returnReturn of ordered but then later unwanted good is accepted on goods that are returned in an unworn/ unwashed and “saleable condition”. These items can be returned and a refund of the cost will be issued, however you are responsible for your postage costs. Again we strongly recommend you get a “certificate of postage”. Made to Measure/Tailored items returnWhere items are made to measure or tailored in any way these can only be returned if there is a provable faulty with them. Our made to measure nappies are never made or set out until the fit of a fabric template has been confirmed with the customer as we like to make sure that the details you give us are accurate in order to produce a product that fits right. Faulty made to measure / tailored items can be retuned in the same way as with a normal faulty item. Data Protection Commitments In
order to comply with the Data Protection regulations I must inform you that
any information collected about you by Happy Nappy Days will be treated in
the strictest confidence and may only be used by Happy Nappy Days when
conducting marketing. This information will not be passed outside of Happy Nappy Days at any time, unless you specifically agree to. |
